We will feed your pet what they would normally have at home or a similar brand.We keep a well-stocked supply of all the top brands of tinned food plus we have a very good complete food. For very fussy cats we keep tinned pilchards, tuna and cooked chickens.

NO We never allow our customers pets to mix, they all have their own kennel and run. The only time there are pets in the same kennel is if they belong to the same owner (i.e. if you have two dogs and would like them kept together or two cats that you would like kept together.

Yes. We exercise the dogs twice daily. They are taken from their kennel and put into our exercise pens.We have five pens so we only exercise five dogs at a time, as we do not mix customers pets.Pets from the same household would of course be exercised together.

Yes. We do accept pets on medication but all medicines must be clearly labelled and in the original container.

Yes. You can bring bedding and toys for your pet but we take no responsibility for them. If the bedding becomes soiled, under the terms of our licence, we would have to throw it away. We supply plastic beds which are lined with newspaper. If you decide to bring bedding then we suggest it is an old towel or jumper not your pet's favourite blanket.

While your pet is with us they are covered by our pet insurance. No matter how small the problem we would call out our vets to treat your pet unless you state you would like your own vet to be called. If for any reason your vet is unable to attend then we would call our vets The Park Veterinary Group.
